A forgotten trove of rare video games could now be worth six figures

A Nebraska video game store closed in 1998, leaving behind a collection of sealed Super Nintendo and Sega Genesis cartridges that were recently rediscovered.
The collection, now known as the Nebraska Collection, has been appraised and includes gems like a perfectly preserved copy of the cult classic game Chrono Trigger.
The owner of a video game store chain helped authenticate the collection and is now selling the most mint items from it. [ more ]
